The measurement of digital transformation maturity enabled by the DTWI® Digital Center of Excellence – DDCE is essential for assessing performance, identifying areas for improvement, and guiding continuous development. This maturity measurement model is divided into five levels, each with specific criteria for various assessment dimensions.

Level 1: Initial

Focus: Reactivity, with little or no standardization.

Level 2: Repeatable

Characteristics: Basic processes defined and repeated, but still dependent on individuals.
Focus: Initial consistency in key areas.

Level 3: Defined

Characteristics: Standardized, documented, and communicated processes across the organization.
Focus: Standardization and documentation.

Level 4: Managed

Characteristics: Processes regularly monitored and measured, with quality control.
Focus: Monitoring, measurement, and control.

Level 5: Optimized

Characteristics: Processes continuously improved based on measurements and feedback.
Focus: Continuous improvement and innovation.
